Acceptance of Terms: By engaging with our services, clients agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this document.
2. Services Provided

3. Payment Terms
Payment Schedule: Payment for services rendered is due in full at the end of each service month.

Late Payment Policy: Payments delayed beyond 15 days may incur a late fee of 2% per month on the outstanding balance.
4. Project Timeline and Delivery

Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing necessary information and approvals promptly to avoid delays.
Delivery of Services: Completed projects will be delivered electronically, or via a client-accessible server.
5. Changes and Revisions

Limitations on Changes: Changes that significantly deviate from the original scope may incur additional charges.
6. Cancellation and Termination
Cancellation Policy: Projects can be cancelled by either party with written notice. We request a 60-day notice of intention to cancel. Cancellation fees may apply.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, all work completed to date will be billed and payable by the client.
7. Sales and Refund Policy
Final Sales: All sales for services rendered are final. Once a payment is made, it is non-refundable.
Exceptions: Exceptions to this policy are made solely at the discretion of Beamingsun, Inc..
8. Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership of Work: The final web development work is the property of the client upon full payment.
Use of Client Materials: Materials provided by the client remain the intellectual property of the client.
9. Liability and Indemnification
Limitation of Liability: Beamingsun, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services.
Indemnification Clause: The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Beamingsun, Inc. from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from the client’s use of our services.
10. Dispute Resolution
Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
Dispute Resolution Process: Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through mediation. If unsuccessful, arbitration or legal proceedings will follow in Maryland.
11. Miscellaneous
Amendments to Terms: These terms may be updated or amended by Beamingsun, Inc. with prior notice to clients.
